Sears never made firearms. They "branded" firearms from firearms makers with their name as part of a contract.
Sears never made guns. They contracted other gun manufactures to make guns for them under the Sears name. They started selling guns around 1892 and stopped in1988
Sears trade name is strike one. Bolt action is strike two. Value will start around $25 and may go as high as $100 if it is like new.
High Standard, because High Standard was actually owned by Sears at the time, and JC Higgins was high executive at Sears that the series was named for. High Standard did not start putting out weapons in its own name until 1962. The model 66 was made until 1961. The 583.XXX beginning indicates made by High Standard. The last three numbers do not indicate year made, but which lot it came from, and the lot indicates year made. Mine reads one side - JC Higgins Model 66 Sears, Roebuck and Co. 583.608. and other side says Model 66 12 GA.
I suggest you contact Daisy directly. They offer a free service to tell you more about your old airgun. (see the link below) I do know that it was made by Daisy because all the models that start with 799 were made by Daisy airgun company for Sears under the JC Higgins brand name.
If the replacement has to be an identical JC Higgins, start looking in pawn shops, estate auctions, used gun dealers, flea markets, and gun shows. Sears stopped using this brand name over 30 years ago, so you can't get a new one.

Never. That was a name used by Montgomery Wards stores for guns made by companies such as Marlin, Winchester, Savage, etc, but marked with their own staore brand. Sears did the same with J C Higgins brand.
If you want to know where Laverne Stracker, Beau Higgins wife, is, you probably should start by checking with Mr. Higgins. If he doesn't know, he might have a few ideas of where to check.
You should start a spice selling or herb selling business in India.
