Sears never made firearms. They "branded" firearms from firearms makers with their name as part of a contract.

12 gauge BSS were first made in 1971 and 20 gauge in 1972.
Well, isn't that a lovely question. To disassemble a Sears Ted Williams Model 75 20 gauge shotgun, you'll want to start by making sure the gun is unloaded. Then, carefully remove the forend and barrel before taking out the bolt and trigger assembly. Remember to handle each part gently and with care, like you would a delicate brush on a canvas. Happy disassembling, my friend.
Sears never made guns. They contracted other gun manufactures to make guns for them under the Sears name. They started selling guns around 1892 and stopped in1988
The 12 gauge Deerfield Model 67X began incorporating serial numbers in 1968. Prior to this year, the shotguns did not have serial numbers, making it easier to identify those manufactured after this change. The addition of serial numbers helped with tracking production and ownership.

Sears began offering Jon boats in the 1960s, as part of their expanding outdoor and recreational product line. These flat-bottomed boats were marketed for fishing and utility purposes, fitting well with the brand's focus on outdoor activities. Sears' Jon boats were often sold under the "Sears Roebuck" brand, catering to consumers looking for affordable boating options.
Pretty much a custom proposition. Do a google search on custom shotgun makers and start making phone calls.
Used; but in good condition it would be worth about $3000USD to start. Typically these shotguns were not very heavily used and can have quite a lot of very high quality engraving, so the price could easily double that.
