The sticker on the side of my 6hp two stroke Suzuki OB reads 100 to 1. Unsure of the year.
on the cowl of my 1993 DT2 suzuki it states 100 to 1 mix.
A 100 hp Mercury outboard, serial number OC124253 would be a 1989 year model.

The dry weight of a 1985 model, 100 hp Mariner outboard is 312 lbs.
In the $100 range depending on model and year of the motor. If I were you I would simply call an outboard dealer near you or look for books based on outboard motors, you may find your particular part there.
Depends on year. My 1986 believe it or not states 100/1 right on the motor.
Mine is 100:1, however best ring the dealership to make sure,
The plug gap for the 1990 model, 100 hp Mercury outboard is .040 in.
I also have a four cylinder Suzuki dt7.5hp outboard with no oil tank. What is the oil/fuel mixture?Answer.Suzuki engines have only had two different types of oil ratio 50:1 and 100:1.If you are not sure then run the engine on 50:1 ratio because too much oil will not harm the engine but too little will. The excess oil will burn off anyway. I have a 1987 Suzuki DT8 2 Stroke Outboard. The ratio for that engine is 100:1. If you add too much oil to any 2 cycle engine, the excess oil can damage the carburetor and may cause the engine to quit running.
