Volcanoes - which go back to the earliest days of earth as a planet - were here billions of years before man was. Man has never know a time without volcanoes, hence there is no "year that volcanoes got noticed".
Volcanoes can erupt at any time of year.
Justin bieber is noticed at the year 2009..
Early map makers noticed that volcanoes were often located along tectonic plate boundaries, where the Earth's crust is prone to intense geological activity. They also observed that volcanoes tended to form in clusters or chains, known as volcanic arcs, such as the Ring of Fire in the Pacific Ocean.
On average, around 50-70 volcanoes erupt each year. However, the number can vary from year to year.
volcanoes all around the world
About 60 volcanoes erupt each year.
well , that is a good question ! About 1,300 has happened in the last 10,000 year. Most of these are shield volcanoes. Shield volcanoes are found under water or and form easily. three quarters ( 3/4 ) of volcanoes are shield volcanoes. SO if you subtract all of the shield volcanoes from the amount of volcanoes that have happened in the last 10,000 years it will come up to 6,000 eruptions in the last 10,000 years. This is not including under water or shield volcanoes. WELL, that's all . BYE ! (:
There are not many people killed by volcanoes in a single year. This is because many volcanoes do not erupt yearly.

Hawaii Volcanoes National Park was added in 1987.
Yes. There are hundreds of volcanoes on earth, and in any given year, about 50 will erupt.
