Your serial number is missing a letter and/or a letter/number preceding or above the 1824. This information is needed to determine the year of manufacture. The "V" in the box in not part of the serial. Please re-check and ask the question again. Thank you.
example:
OM
1824
The number stamped on the square tang indicates the bit size.

This is probably a Stevens model 520. What is your question?
Where is the serial# located on a John Deere 336 square baler
Find the serial number plate on the frame, typically just below the dash on the passenger side. The number will consist of a letter or sometimes two, followed by number. The first two digits of the number are the last two digits of the year it was manufactured. so serial number A85xxxxxx would have been built sometime in 1985.
Is it square with one side round. Does it have a number on the bottom. What is the height and color.
Those are modern day reproductions of an antique firearm. There is generally a letter stamped in a hollow square that can be used to determine the manufacture date- and you can always ask the manufacturer- info@zoliusa.com
It left H&R with one. Anything is possible. In this case, it's a felony waiting to happen to you. That's silly...I'm sure someone's corrected this by now...For an old H & R revolver, remove the grips (one screw) and you will find the serial number stamped into the frame...usually at the bottom edge! The H&R Model 922 revolver was made in several model series and a bunch of variations from circa 1925 up to 1986. Every example that I have owned/own or have seen has had a serial number stamped either on the front strap of the grip frame, if equipped with one piece grip (Rice frame) or on the bottom of the butt strap, if equipped with two piece grip panels (square butt frame) - many times it was also stamped into the left side of the bottom strut of the grip frame - can be seen only by removing the left grip panel. If no serial present - it has probably been removed - see above.

there is a square with a "j∆"
Date marking is determined by a two letter code inside of a square. Not by serial number.
Look inside the crane area. The Model number will be stamped.
