Selmer Bundy is the name given by Selmer to what was originally the Bach 1001 (one of which I still play, having bought it new in the early 1970s).
ML is not part of the serial number but denotes that the instrument has a medium large bore.

That serial number dates the horn to the early 1970s, probably 1972 or '73, provided the list I found is accurate. Also, the ML indicates the bore size; it's not part of the serial number.
