1934- He came up with the name "LEGO". It stands for "LEg GOdt" which is "Play Well" in Danish.
1957- Stud/tube interlocking system begins.
1958- System is patented at 1:58 pm on January 28th.

The Lego company started making wooden toys in 1932. In 1947, Lego shipped a plastic injection molding machine from england and started making plastic bricks. In 1958, Lego managed to get a patent on 6 different types of brick. Now, Lego is registered in 33 countries. So the Lego Company was started 1932. And the first Lego Brick was made in 1958.
No-one really knows who got the first Lego set but the first Lego set was made in 1953.
