Do you mean what companies published Sailor Moon? It was published by Kodansha in Japan and Tokyopop in America.
The Sailor Moon anime debuted in March 1992 in Japan, after the success of both the Codename: Sailor V manga (begun in 1991) and the Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon manga, which started serialization in February 1992.
New Moon was published in 2006.
Tokyopop (formerly Mixx) published Sailor Moon manga and anime material in English, including all of the Sailor Moon manga, the "Meet Sailor..." anime character books, and novelizations of select Sailor Moon episodes. The Sailor Moon franchise was Tokyopop's "claim to fame," and one of their biggest sellers, although without new material for the series and middling sales of other series, Tokyopop closed their U.S. operations in May of 2011.
