  • UNIVAC I in 1950 had a keyboard on the operator's console.
  • BINAC in 1949 may have, but I don't know.
  • Early British computers before this seem to all use 5 channel punched tape for input. So the teletype that punched that had an offline keyboard.
  • I don't think EDVAC had a keyboard.
