If you mean the original 1930s King Kong think of how big Fay Wray appeared when she was held in his hand . About the size a 10" Barbie doll would be in your hand . I would estimate Kong was between 40 and 60 feet tall (gorillas stand in a stooped position). Godzilla on the other hand towered above skyscrapers , and jets appeared like mosquitoes to him . I'm not going to guess his exact size , but much taller than King Kong . Now I know there was a bad B-movie sequel that showed them together the same size , but it was not faithful to the ORIGINAL movies .

There have been certain rumours to suggest that King Kong will be made in to a trilogy. Some people say that Peter Jackson is looking into making a film (( released in 1933 first)) Labelled son of Kong. It is about Kong's son fighting the Nazi's (( I know, weird right)).
