You give gifts to your friends and family to show that you care and you open gifts others give to you. For younger kids, there is Santa Claus who delivers presents Christmas Eve night. You also spend the day with your friends and family and traditionally have a big feast with your family that night. What you do with the rest of the day varies from playing with gifts you received or playing in the snow with your friends. Merry Christmas!

On Christmas eve, I stay up all night and when everyone is asleep, I get up and put my presents for them under the tree. I also do baking and put it on the table for Christmas morning. I organize the presents into piles - Mum, Dad, Me, Sister, etc. In the morning when me and my sister wake up, we run around waking everyone up! We all go into the lounge and sit down next to our presents and open them. Then we all share our chocolate, ( chocolate is a MUST have at my house ) if we have roses or favourites chocolate we pass them around the room. We then either travel 2 hours to go to my cousins house for A Christmas Party and stay the night with all the family who go there or we have the party at my house and people stay with us!

Answer:

Mostly ignore it. If there is contract work to do I get it out of the way as the number of troublesome phone calls is way down.
