Scat
Since animals do not generally understand English (or any language), whatever words you use are not nearly as important as how you say them. You should use a firm, insistent, but not necessarily loud tone. Animals that have been shooed before will usually get the message. But some will always be obstinate.
Popular interjections include shoo, scat, scoot, git, go, vamoose, and outta here.
Beware of trying to physically remove an animal by swinging at it, or hitting it. While this might be effective, some animals will react defensively and could injure you.
Animals don't understand words, so it's not about what you say. It's your body language and the tone of your voice that matter. For dogs, you can usually point somewhere away and firmly say "Go." For other animals, it's harder because they don't understand pointing.
what do you say to a animal to shoo it away
Usually you would make a fast, sharp and loud sound. Doesn't really matter what it is, as long as you say it aggressively to show disapproval. I'd say, loudly, "shoo!" and "go away!"

Shoo- or add the letter T to get shoot.
I get the slight feeling that simply saying "go away" won't get you any good results, since if an animal isn't previously trained to understand the command, simply saying anything would be rather useless.Depends on the animal. Some respond differently to ways of trying to scare them away.
In Polish, the word for pee is "sikuć".
Shoo-in is the correct spelling; but when you say either, both sound the same.
I would not say so because it is divided by a dash
