Well i think the chances of getting dark armed dragon are just lucky. I mean getting 1 exact card out of many can be a hard thing to do unless you had x ray vision. But heres my thought, the chance of you getting 1 card out of a few other is hard. I meen you could get it in your first pack or your 100th pack its just luck. And the luck for that i card is atleast 13% each pack you buy. :) hope i helped :)
