If you're not counting crossbreeds like ligers there are: Micronesian Kingfishers, Barbary lions [though there's still some speculation about whether the lions in question actually are Barbary lions], the Pinta Island tortoise, the Northern White Rhino [though a few have been put on reserves in the hopes of them breeding], and a variety of reptiles and amphibians that are thought to be extinct in the wild just to name a few.
