Make sure you're eating the right amounts of protein, fats and carbs. Remember the Keto diet is very high in fats and low in carbs with a moderate amount of protein

Also don't constantly check your weight. When you see the numbers on the scale look good on one day but not on another, you might get discouraged. Keep going. As long as your body is in a state of ketosis, you're burning fat for energy instead of carbs.
