To the best of my knowledge, a circulated 1963 the dollar bill should be worth about $15.00 as of 2/2009. A bill that has not yet been circulated may be worth more, maybe up to $25.00.

The value of a 1963 red seal two dollar bill is $1.00 to $1.25 more than face value if circulated. It is worth about $10.00 if uncirculated.
In perfect uncirculated condition, a 1963 $5 note is worth between $15-20. In normal used condition, it is worth exactly $5.

Federal Reserve Notes from the 1960s are common among collectors. Unless your bill is in nearly-new condition, it's worth face value only.
