The Trophy Garden wher you can catch some hard to find Pokemon that you will not see anywhere, else, and esp. when Mr. Backlot tells you he saw a Pokemon in the garden earlier that day.

Try to get the rare Pokemon that day, because it may be awhile before it shows back up in the garden.
