To get the page, push the large block to the right until you can jump up to the hanging vine. (Beware falling giant coconuts.) Go to the wooden platform and jump hard to the left to reach the roof.
Once you enter the code, press the nose of the face. The light will turn green and the door will open. To open the door without getting the translation page, push the 3rd, 4th, 6th, and 7th teeth, counting from the left side, as a single row of teeth.

∙ 13y agoYou have to click on the teeth that spell OPEN in the ancient code. The meaning of each symbol is on the translation page on top of the Ruins. To reach it, push the big block right and climb the vine. Jump left from thr platform.
Considering the teeth as all one row, press the 3rd, 4th, 6th, and 7th teeth, then the nose.
