Open your Opera Mini through your phone. Just follow the instruction given but first make sure you have a network connection to connect through the net. The 4.2 version of Opera Mini whereas when you open it you'll just let the software to be installed in your phone and wait for the Terms and Condition to appear and accept then you can start now browsing Opera Mini. Another version which is the latest is Opera Mini 5 the same with the 4.2 version process.

Opera Mini is a web browser for use on phones, it is a smaller, lighter version of the Opera browser. It can be downloaded for free on Operas main website.
Since there is no signed version available, you will have to use the generic version with MIDP 2. However, since it is unsigned, Opera Mini will not be able to access your system, so you can't download anything from it.
Simply access Opera Mini's download page and choose "Other Versions" below the main download link.
