Nordic Track A2350 is under 700 bucks, but I dont know if you can get that local or you have to have it shipped which would really increase the cost with shipping.
The Horizon Evolve is compact, has really good reviews and is about $600. That could be a good choice. The Gold's Gym 450 is even cheaper at around $400.
