Harrassment
You can file a grievance with your employer (if it's work related) and the Labour Board. See if there is a human resources at your work place and talk to them first. If the harrassment is sex/race etc based you can also file a complaint with the Ontario Human Rights Commission. If it's school related, a new Bill was passed in June 2012 that outlines steps schools must take to halt bullying. You contact the school (and school board if you think the schools are not doing anything) and lodge a complaint. If either the first two are not of any use you can go directly to the police and lodge a complaint. You can try and get a restraining order if the harrassment is bad enough. Harrassment is against the law. Bullying kind of falls between the cracks. If it's physical, you can file criminal charges with the police as well. Look up your local police and find their non-emergencynumber. Someone there will connect you with the right person to talk to.
Tell them to stop and if they don't go to a teacher or counselor or somthing since that is a form of sexual harrassment....
If all female employees feel the same, file a sexual harrassment complaint. Never be alone with him. Record in writing all incidents. No taping . This would violate patient confidentiality. If he stars firing people after you file a complaint, file a class action suit.

A grievence that you should wish to bring into the notice of management is something like harrassment. Harrassment is a major problem in some companies and many companies treat it very seriously. Another grievance is work place safety. Make sure to say something you don't feel something is safe.
