I live in an apartment, and my neighbor upstairs complains about my incense every night. Shes loud, obnoxious, and lately threatening. She's called police on us on 4 separate occasions, even called CPS with no results. We havent done anything to her. I spoke to her one time when i heard a loud scream at 1am, just to make sure she was ok. She lied the whole time (confirmed later, from what i heard coming from upstairs.) She disagrees with me politically, hates the fact that i have a happy family with 2 boys and a loving husband. She believes i dont deserve my kids and she's responsible for them. She believes my husband abuses me and is a terrorist (seriously.) Yet, she doesnt have the courage to actually COME DOWNSTAIRS to talk to me. All these accusations are completely false but she doesnt wanna be wrong, so she complains every. Single. Night. I started writing down everything i heard from her and her mom and "brother" (male voice, not a partner). Both say shes crazy and being childish and refuse to talk to me on her behalf. Last night she said she'd "snatch them up myself" (regarding my sons) if CPS doesnt remove them. When and how should i file for harrassment? I wrote down her antics for a few days til i got tired and tried to ignore it. Shes threatening my family now and i cant stand by and take it
