When I'm putting on brakes on my 1991 Toyota Celica it swirls to the left what could be the problem?

Your caliper needs taking apart on the opposite side and the sliders cleaning and copper grease applying to them.Just take it apart as if you were changing the pads,dont undo the brake hose or you will have to bleed the system.
