When I attempt to download stuff from certain sites I'm told I've reached the hourly traffic limit when I haven't downloaded anything - what is going on?

Site traffic , maybe. It's a tease to get you to give up and buy.
A:If you're using certain providers (such as AOL) or are part of a local area network (such as a school LAN) there's a good chance you're sharing an IP address with a number of other computers. If someone else on that virtual or real network downloads a file, and then you submit a download request, the servers will look at your IP address and conclude that it must be coming from the same computer.

yes, you can download dvds on to itunes, when i had bought some movies, i bought them with another disk other than the movie, the other disk was meant to download to the computer to either watch the fim on there or download it to itunes, therefore, after you downloaded it to itunes, there are only certain ipods u can download the movie to, such as an iPod touch, what i have. and then when u download it to itunes u can put it on your iPod only if it says it is able to take in movies, but yes, you are allowed to download it on to itunes.
