When youstartup Windows, you see a application:RDCTDPL.EXE,Skytel.EXE,and ACLRTR.EXE,you see a:An application is failed because the DSound.dll was not found.Re-installtion may fix the problem.

So anyway,do this steps:

1.Don't use this step:Turn off any anti-virus program.If you want to use this step,

You need two anti virus and deactivate one anti virus program.

2.Click My Computer.And click Local Disk C:

3.Click Dsound.dll.

4.When the Dsound.dll go to the Microsoft website,Click one of the 3 menus.

Don't forget to check your Dxwebsetup.

If the choosemenu is box it means no errors found.
