When I was 15 I got probation for possession of weed and im still in probation and I got caught selling pills but with out possession or substance and I'm 16 will it stay on my record?

It could. Sounds like you didn't learn from the first experience. When you reach 18 and haven't gotten into more drug convictions you maybe able expunge your record, but you are going to have to stay clean. I don't know what you want to do with your future but you may have all ready closed the door to some professional jobs. Jobs like teaching, law enforcement, fireman are three that do look for convictions on your record. You need to decide if you like doing/selling drugs more than living well.
