Have you tried using long, thin tweezers? Those might help.
you need to pull it off and replace it. You should be able to pry them off with a pair of needle nose pliers
you can try an extendable magnet (found at almost any parts store right next to the cashier) or if that doesnt work, try a long pair of needle nose pliers
