Yes, you can move them into another household and, by changing the active household, play the household that you've moved them into.
No, unless you are in the cheat mode, then the sims would move in with you
In the Sims 2 pets you can enter a cheat that gives you control of your pet(s), but I'm not sure what it is. Google it and see if you can find anything.
no. they will not sell when the sims all die or move out and the ghosts will haunt the new sims that move in.
when they move out, they will enter The Clipboard (the place where the Sims are kept after you've made them but before you move them into a house. From there, you can move them into a new lot to play them.
In the cheat box (SHIFT+CONTROL+C) type "moveobjects on" and now you can move and delete anything!
click on the phone then click move house
have them go on the computer or call and select move out.
When your sims move out they go to the family bar in the neighborhood screen
You have to go to a computer, phone, or newspaper and then click the "move" option.
I don't think you can, but they can move in with you if you are partners or best friends.
Move your sims into a house they can afford. (sims 2 PC) use the cheat 'motherlode' or 'kaching' and you will get money, move them out then move them into the desired house ;)
First create your family, then move them into a small house or small lot. Then type control+shift+c and a cheat box should pop up at the top of the screen. Type in "motherlode" for the sims 2 and 3, or "rosebud;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;" for the original sims. Then, move out your family with a button on the top of the neighborhood view for the original sims, and a button in the bottom near create a family for the sims 2. You should then be rich! Pick any big house you want to move your sims into!
