Edmund has the same problem that Peter had in Prince Caspian. One day Lucy and Edmund were staying with their annoying cousin Eustace, when a painting of a ship comes to life. Soon they find themselves, along with Eustace, inside Narnia, sailing on the Dawn Treader with their old friend, King Caspian.

Ancient Tower? Secret? What on earth are you talking about. I can think of nothing in the Chronicles of Narnia that comes even close to being about that. Unless its a small detail mentioned in one of the books, it certainly isn't a major plot points in any of the books.
That's hard to do in one sentence, but here goes.........The Last Battle describes the "twilight of the Gods" in Narnia, the end times, when the Narnia's last king fights and loses the last battle as Narnia comes to an end.
I think The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe is the first one when all the Pevensies (Peter, Susan, Edmund and Lucy Pevensie) come out, and also, at the next movie, Prince Caspian, all the Pevensies also come out. But at the Voyage of the Dawn Treader (The next movie) only Edmund and Lucy comes out...including Eustace, the Pevensie's cousin. That's all I know...But there might be The Last Battle
The actual order in which the Chronicles of Narnia were written, and originally published by MacMillan is:1950: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe1951: Prince Caspian1952: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader1953: The Silver Chair1954: The Horse and His Boy1955: The Magician's Nephew1956: The Last BattleWhen Harper-Collins took over publication, Lewis's stepson Douglas Gresham recommended they be published according to Narnian chronology.
