zeus gave cronus some stinky beans and made him fart
Zeus approached his father Cronus as a stranger and gave him a drink that made him throw up his siblings
Zeus was the son of the goddess Rhea and the god Cronus. Cronus had swallowed all of his children except Zeus and when Zeus grew up, he tricked his father into vomit up his siblings then beat Cronus in war. Zeus became the chief ruler of the other gods on Mt. Olympus.
Cronus to his father Uranus and Zeus to his father Cronus
Hestia is Zeus's older sister. She is the oldest of Cronus's children.
Zeus fought Cronus because Mother Earth was angry at Cronus and knew that one of his sons could defeat him. Cronus was eating his children so he wouldn't be overthrown but Rhea, his wife, made sure Zeus wasn't eaten. Then, when Zeus was old enough, he fought Cronus.
They fought their own father Cronus and the Titans
Yes they did, because Cronus ate all the children that he and Rhea had so Rhea took Zeus and hid him. Finally when Zeus became older he tricked Cronus to cough the rest of the children up. Then the gods fought against the titans and the Gods won
Cronus was a titan. He had children which were gods whom he ate to save his power. Luckily his wife saved one son, Zeus, who later made Cronus vomit up the other children.
Cronus is Zeus's father.
Hades is older. Hades is one of Zeus's older brothers who were swallowed by their father, Cronus. Ares is Zeus's and Hera's son. Hera was also in Cronus's stomach, and after her release (along with Hades', Poseidon's, Hestia's, and Demeter's) they had Ares. So Hades is older.
Evidently, as when Zeus wrestled with Cronus, Cronus lost.
