No. A boy telling a girl he loves her has nothing to do with ADHD. It all depends on the boys personality. Sometimes they say it because truthfully they think, or by chance, may actually feel that way. Some say it because they feel they have to, others say it to lie and to break you down when the relationship ends.
ADHA is a learning disorder that affects attention span and focus it doesn't have much effect on love.
