You don't tell her what you really think, unless you want to loose her as a friend.
Anyone that tells you that honesty is the best way to go.....probably has few friends.
If you want to make your friend an enemy, tell her that her boyfriend looks & smells like a an orangutan.

Well first, if he is dating her only because he wants to bug you, then obviously he isn't your friend. Secondly, tell her the truth if you like her! Ok sometimes it might not always work out the way you want it to. Thirdly, tell your friend that if he would rather risk your friendship over a girl, than tell him that you don't want to be his friend.
