no they can still be together it is just that they are not in a very serious relationship and that it wont last for long at all

So he does have a girlfriend is basically what you're saying then you're telling me twice again that he doesn't. Doesn't make much sense. Next time you should work more on your question and focus on what you're really trying to ask. Just because the parents want him or her to break up, doesn't mean that he or she should. Sometimes you should let your heart decide your actions. However, if you're parents do indeed have a good reason, then you should talk with them and perhaps consider breaking up. Well, why don't the parents like her? There must be a reason for this dislike. Find out why.
