well, to get a one hundred percent accurate answer, you should ask him. but i would infer that when he called you his teddy bear, that meant that he cared about you and he loved you. maybe he means that he values you like a child would value a teddy bear, meaning he values you as a person or as a girlfriend.
He either likes your teddy bear, or likes you enough that he's willing to show interesting in your stuff, or both.
Unless he rolled his eyes and said it disdainfully; that would most likely mean he didn't like the bear.
