It's hard to tell, but once someone tells you that they want nothing more to do with you, it's important that you respect his wishes and back off somewhat. If he's just spouting off steam, then hopefully he'll cool off and return to you. If not, and he continues to avoid you, your only real option is to move on.

Yes he probably will. It is obviously the intention of the court that he not be in contact with you. If you really care for this person you will not be selfish and put yourself in front of what is best for him.
