As of November 25, 2009, there are no known asteroids that will collide with the Earth.
We know there will be some; after all, the Earth has been hit before. The massive "Permian Extinction" event 252 million years ago that killed 75% of all life on Earth may have been caused by an impact event. The Chicxulub Crater off the Yukatan Peninsula was caused (we believe) by the impact of a comet or asteroid about 65 million years ago, which may have caused the extinction of the dinosaurs. Numerous other impact craters dot the landscape and the ocean floor. The next one is just a matter of time.
But there is nothing on the horizon yet. Possibly the greatest currently-known hazard is the 2036 pass of the asteroid Apophis, n April 13, 2036. The odds are currently believed to be quite low that Apophis will strike the Earth, but it bears observation.
