i don't know what you mean if you mean like pause the world that's not possible it is possible but not how you see in the movies, to pause time you need to be at an extremely high speed. you wont be able to use a vehicle like a car or a boat you would have to use ether a space ship or a jet as you have heaps of room to go in one straight line. once done you will have to stay at the speed other wise time will start for you again. you will be able to go around the world without any one knowing unfortunately there is no type of vehicle that could get to this speed if there was it would be cool.
