Guess what you get a prize im not sure what but you also get to do something, if you mix records with an emerald version compete in the single battle portion of the battle tower and when you get to match number 7 look its you from ruby! Your name and your Pokemon are battling your emerald isn't that cool plus you will get to see what kind of trainer you are Example: Say you entered the latis and regirock and beat the whole battle tower in ruby when you mix records with emerald play emerald and you will battle those Pokemon you will be assigned a trainer so it will say ruin maniac ruby wants to battle or something like that.
In Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald, there is only one possible way for another trainer to have a Mudkip. In the beginning of the game, you have the option to choose one starter Pokemon. If you choose Torchic, your rival will choose Mudkip. Your rival will always take the Pokemon that is elementally superior to yours. You choose Treecko - They choose Torchic You choose Mudkip - They choose Treecko You choose Torchic - They choose Mudkip
If you are playing Pokemon Ruby or Sapphire, the battle at Lilycove City was the last rival battle. The same goes for Pokemon Emerald, but you can visit her again in Littleroot Town, where she talks about needing to find a lot more Pokemon for her Pokedex.
There is no cheat to obtain Kyogre in Pokemon Ruby. To obtain Kyogre and Pokemon Ruby, one must trade with a trainer that has obtained Kyogre in Pokemon Sapphire or Emerald.
It's on route 119. You get it from your rival.
