Depends on the rabbit's breed Normally rabbits are eating by them self at 4 weeks and by the age of 8/9 weeks are ready to leave, how ever french lops dont leave till 10 or even 11 weeks old. Being a breeder myself (cavies & frenchie's) every animal is different some can leave at 8 week and some need 12 or 13 weeks I would only sell a baby if I knew it was ready.

Weaning baby rabbits at 4 weeks is not really a good idea, especially in the smaller breeds. You should leave them with their mothers until at least 6 weeks and a show rabbit should be given every advantage and can be left up to 8 weeks of age. Take a clue from your mama, if she is starting to nip at the babies it is time to wean them.

leave the babies were they are but after 24 hours just pet stroke the mother rabbit and get her scent on you so wen u pick the baby rabbits up it wont cause stress for the mother or babies. don't move the baby rabbits to far because rabbits are not perfect mothers especially if its there first time just move them a bit so they have a bit of space and they are not jammed together.
