speaking in toungues

with their toungues

Yes Crokodiles have toungues.
"To speak in tongues" refers to a story in The Bible, where the believers started to spontaneously speak in languages they hadn't known before.
When both of your toungues touch when kissing.

Not speaking is a sign of either not wanting to speak or of not being able to speak.
There is no difference exactly, but speaking to is more to do with YOU talking. Speaking with implies a group conversation where you are speaking AND listening. I think conversing is a better word for this, but that's just me :)
Speak
I/you/we/they speak. He/she/it speaks. The present participle is speaking.
