The president
Veto it.
The Bill is then sent to the president for his signature or veto.
a law
I really dont know. i think it is that they may work together to approve a bill.
After the Senate and House of Representatives approve a bill, it is sent to the President who can either sign it into law or veto it.
Using the USA and a bill that has financial implicationsas examples,( a money bill ) three bodies of the Federal government must concur on a bill before it becomes law. The House of Representatives must vote and pass the bill. ( the 1st body) The bill moves on to the Senate ( the 2nd body ) if the bill is passed in the Senate it is sent to the 3rd body for approval, the US President. If he signs the bill it becomes law.
Both houses of Congress must approve such a selection.
In order to override a veto by the president, both houses of Congress must pass the bill again by a 2/3 majority.
Both houses have an important role in passing a law and both houses have to approve a law for it to be become a law.
Both houses have an important role in passing a law and both houses have to approve a law for it to be become a law.
The President, and if the President vetoes it, then Congress can go back and overrule that by passing it again, only exception is that the 2nd time it does not go back to the President.
