At 10 years old you are too young for a job. Go to your mom/dad and make a deal for getting allowance for doing chores around the house. That is the best you can do at this age. A "good job" will only happen if you stay in school, learn as much as you can, set goals for yourself, and go to college. These things will eventually bring you a good job, but you have to be patient because great things don't happen over night. You have to grow up and learn as much as you can.
