Anywhere from 9-16 years old. It is really difficult to tell. You may notice a white, or clear vaginal discharge for a while before you start your period. You will at least have the start of your breast growth. For proper preparation, and to save yourself some embarrassment, keep some tampons or pads with you when you feel you might be fixing to start.
