Kids can sit in the front seat in VA when they are over 12 years old (13 years old and up) and when they are over 80 lb. They cannot sit if they're heads are well position with the air bag. They're heads should be over the air bag.
Hope that answers the question.

In Virginia, a child must be at least 8 years old to ride in the front seat of a vehicle. However, it's important to ensure that the child is properly restrained in a seatbelt or an appropriate child safety seat. Additionally, parents and guardians should consider the child's size and maturity when deciding if it's safe for them to sit in the front seat. Always refer to the latest local laws for any updates or specific regulations.
They need to be at least 12 years old.
each state is different. In VA they have to be able to touch the passenger pegs and that is all. You do have to have a seat and pegs for them, they can't sit on the fender with their feet hanging out, but again, that's VA.
you have to be 12 and have to be over 48 inches and have to be able to see over the dashboard
You have to be at least 21 or older to sit at a bar. In some states it may be younger.
