The village will be in flames and Shiek will be fighting an invisible monster. After the cutscean, she will teach you a new song. Play the song to find a secret area. Use Din's Fire to light all the torches and a door will open. That door leads to the Shadow Temple.

The game is a 3DS game and since the DS isn't forward compatible, which can't be done, it can only be played on a 3DS system.

Play the Nocturne of Shadow to go to the Shadow Temple. The Lens of Truth will be very helpful in completing the temple, which is why you should do the Bottom of the Well before the Shadow Temple. While you're not actually required to use it, since fake walls and invisible platforms can be gone through/on whether you use the Lens of Truth or not and you can just memorize the temple's layout to complete it without the Lens of Truth, it makes the temple much easier.
