Only when they are 8 weeks old.
I have 8 Robo Dwarf hamsters and there are 3 situations when I've heard them squeak. 1. They feel threatened by their cage mate - one of the hamsters is playing too rough or one of them simply does not want to play. 2. They object to being handled. 3. Baby robo hamsters insisting that their mum gives them food. Apart from these three situations, they have not squeaked since they've been living alone.
My hamsters baby's were nearly 4 weeks old when we found she had given birth to more babies and they seemed to protect them with mum
Hamsters are originally from South America After doing a report with my 2nd grade daughter we learned that it depends on the breed, but the come mostly from Asia. In particular Russia, China, Turkey and a lot of mention of Syria. The first domesticated hamsters were Syrian hamsters.
Six weeks.
no mum No,but they do get hic-ups that's when they make a little "Squeak!"
No the baby will probably die on it's own
A mother hamster has multiple teats on her underbelly. The baby hamsters will latch on to these teats and feed on the mother's milk. After a few weeks the babies will start to eat regular hamster food.
know you cant because it still needs its mum and her milk. But you can take them away when they are 8 weeks
yes it is impossible to be shorter than your mum if you are a dude. unless you are a dwarf, midget, elf etc It is NOT impossible for a son to be shorter than his Mother. I know of a case - and he is not a dwarf or midget.
New born hamsters are blind so the light will not really affect them, but it may disturb mum. She will prefer it dark so she and her new litter feel safe. There is a possibility she may eat the young if she feels stressed or threatened
Put some milk into a medicine dropper and slowly put some in the hamsters mouth. Hopes this helps.
Yes,Boil it and take the yolk and give him/her the egg its very good protein for them I have a female and a male and 6 babies they are healthy patches! Hopes this helps=)
