Your arms and fingers.
Your tarsals and metatarsals are used when kicking a ball because they are in your foot
All bones in your hands, arms and shoulders are used to bounce the ball. Bones in your legs and feet are used to move around while dribbling. You use your head, neck, spine, to turn and watch where you are going so you don't collide or get intercepted.
Yes bones are involved. If you kick without stretching, you can pull a muscle.
In general, all of the bones of the lower body are used for kicking a ball. Even the arms could be considered part of the the action as they are used for balance. Certainly the hips and the bones of the legs are all involved, as are the bones of the foot.

I think you mean a poke ball ( po-key ball.) It is a ball-shaped catching device used for catching Pokemon in the Pokemon show series, Pokemon games, and there is probably a trading card for it. It is the most original ball of Pokemon, but it has the smallest catch rate, ( it as actually not that bad if you are good at at catching Pokemon. it is red on the top, white on the bottom, has a black stripe through the middle, and the middle is white. If you would like to know more about poke balls I'd search poke balls on the Internet ( sorry I forgot how to make a link.)
Personally I used a Quick Ball, because if you use it rite when you get into battle its Capture Rate is 4x, and you should have a real good chance of catching it. If not a Quick Ball then use a Ultra Ball after lowering its health and putting a status condition on it.
lure ball plus 3 catching rate when used on a Pokemon pulled in battle by a fishing rod
Well i caught mewtwo on full health doing this but... i used a great ball and repeatedly tapped a and it worked
I can think of a few. Theres the Deltoids, the Pectoris Major, the muscles in your hand and some muscles called the flexis or something. Ranga Roo
