How safe do you want it?
I'm guessing by hollow blocks you are referring to Besser blocks. They are safe and if used correctly in the construction of the house will be fine. However, in England i believe it's extremely hard (if not impossible) to get a mortgage on a property built with them.
Precast is a modern form of construction similar to in-situ properties era's long gone :). In-situ being the reference to the fact the walls were formed on site or in place. Precast is formed off site to the specifications of the build and put together on site - hence the name - precast.
As for which is strongest... Precast is solid concrete and Besser block is hollow concrete.
The house i live in now (to my suprise) is made from Besser block. It looks like a normal solid or double brick home from the front and if i tap the inside of a wall it feels solid to the touch (unlike a brick veneer home) but it gives off a hollow sound.
If by safe you mean strong then i'd want precast as it's usually made from reinforced concrete.
There is no Tree House in Pixie Hollow.
Dairy Hollow House was created in 1980.
Dairy Hollow House ended in 1998.
An igloo is a house. In the Inuit language, the word igloo means house, any kind of house. Other people take it to mean specifically a small dome-shaped house made of snow.
What is the hollow? Jaw House
It really depends on how strong you want your blocks to be. I have seen some blocks that were made 129 blocks per bag, but that produces a porous and fragile block. My garage is built at 80 to 1 and my house at 60 to one, but it is small and single storied. So friends have gone as low as 30 blocks per bag, the blocks are strong but have little flex in them. going lower has and adverse effect on strength I am told
