You can create a YouTube channel by creating a Google account, then signing up on YouTube and creating your YouTube username. You an then upload a channel image and profile picture for your YouTube channel that could relate to gaming. Uploading videos that are related to your channel will help and spreading the word about your video is also important in attracting visitors. Look at the related links for videos describing the equipment you will need for starting up a gaming channel (I added in more then one link because variety and price range is always important in this case)
There are many ways to get recognized on YouTube. One of the major things you should do is add a lot of friends. You can ask the people you invite as friends to check out your YouTube channel, and they might become a friend and spread the word.
You can watch it on YouTube, iTunes, etc... But as of right now it is not on Disney Channel.

Yes and No. You see when you sign up you CAN have a YT channel, but your YT channel really can be searched when you make your 1st video. Please subscribe to my channel Ender Kids Gaming Thanks.
Some great YouTube videos that can be done by friends are comedy acts (like kevjumba or Ryan Higa's channel). You can also do a great videos with friends for something that's trending like the Harlem Shake "meme".
