yes she did marryyes. At the time of Cleopatra, it was expected for brothers and sisters of the royal family to marry in order to preserve the blood line. Birth defects were not understood at the time, and incest in Egypt was not an offense.
She beheaded him, just joking. Most authorities think Cleopatra killed her ten year old brother by poisoning him as soon as they returned to Egypt from Rome after Caesar's murder.

Cleopatra married her brother(s) because under Egyptian law a woman ruler had to have a male co-ruler. The Ptolomies always intermarried in order to keep their Greek blood pure. After killing off her younger brother/husband, she named her baby son Caesarion, as her co-ruler, in order to get around this legal inconvenience.

No but that's gross he's still like your brother and if you have sex then that's. Nasty
Yes. She married Ptomley XIII, her ten-year-old brother. This was a Ptolemic tradition, and women could not rule without male co-rulers. (Although she did end up ruling alone). After Ptomley drowned in a battle, Cleopatra had to marry her other youngre brother Ptomley XIV. She later had him assassinated by Marcus. Julius Ceasar and Mark Antony were her two lovers. She had children with both (one with the earlier, three with the latter). She did not marry Ceasar, although they planned to before he was assassinated, but she did marry Antony.

Cleopatra was 22 when she was exiled in the civil war with her brother.
After her first brother died, Cleopatra immediately married her second brother as she needed a co-ruler. As soon as she returned to Egypt after Caesar's assassination, her brother/husband mysteriously died and Cleo named her two year old son as her co-ruler.
Julius Ceaser was her first true love. She never truly loved Marc Antony, she only loved Julius. She was also forced to marry her 10 year old brother when she first took the throne.
