You can take the Uptown (Queens-bound) E train (of the A-C-E, the blue line) from Penn Station to the end of the line. The last few stops on the E train are in Jamaica: the Jamaica-Van Wyck Station, the Sutphin Boulevard-Archer Avenue Station, and the Jamaica Center-Parsons/Archer Station (end of the line).You can also take the F train (of the B-D-F-M, the orange line) to the end of the line: the Briarwood-Van Wyck Boulevard Station, the Sutphin Boulevard-Hillside Avenue Station, the Parsons Boulevard-Hillside Avenue Station, the 169th Street-Hillside Avenue Station or the Jamaica-179th Street Station (end of the line).The F will drop you off further north in Jamaica. But you can't take the F from Penn Station.
